However, my approach to API work is very focused.
What I Do
I use the shopVOX API extensively, but only in one primary way: to power Pressley.ai, the automation platform I built specifically to complement shopVOX.
Pressley uses the API to treat shopVOX as the single source of truth, pulling order and product data to drive intelligent prepress automation (folder structures, PDF processing, proofs, and production-ready files).
This is where I have invested years of development, testing, and refinement.
What I Don’t Do
- I do not offer custom one-off API development projects
- I do not teach API usage or scripting from the ground up
- I do not build standalone API integrations outside of the Pressley ecosystem
My focus is on creating a reliable automation solution (Pressley) that works seamlessly with shopVOX, rather than scattered custom work.
Why This Approach
I believe in building something sustainable and scalable. Instead of doing many small custom projects, I poured my energy into one comprehensive tool that can benefit many shops.
