I’m Tyler MacDonald, founder of Bitprint and the Creator of Pressley.ai.
After decades in prepress and operations management across custom manufacturing and large-format printing, I’ve spent the last 12+ years deeply immersed in shopVOX, first as a user running shops, then as a coach inside the company, and now as an independent consultant helping other shops succeed.
I wrote nearly 300 help articles for shopVOX because I genuinely believe in the platform. I’ve spent years (sometimes 18-hour days) perfecting my understanding of its products, costing, automation, and workflows. I built Pressley.ai because I saw the opportunity to extend shopVOX into powerful, reliable prepress automation using its API and Enfocus Switch.
I am not employed by shopVOX. I am an independent consultant and passionate evangelist for the platform. I recommend shopVOX because I’ve seen what it can do when set up properly, and I’ve seen the limitations of other systems. My goal is to help shops like yours get the most out of it.

I see myself as a guide, a Sherpa on your shopVOX journey. I don’t do the climb for you. I help you build the right foundation, make informed decisions, and become more capable and independent over time.
