About Bitprint
The specialist behind Bitprint
Tyler MacDonald built Bitprint for shops that need more than standard setup help.
Tyler MacDonald built Bitprint for shops that need more than standard setup help: premium shopVOX architecture, job costing, Enfocus implementation, and Pressley.ai rollout from one specialist.
I did not start in consulting. I started on the shop floor. For decades I worked in custom manufacturing and large-format printing as a Prepress and Operations Manager. I know what it feels like when a misconfigured product blows up a quote, when prepress is backed up because folder structures are inconsistent, and when the one person who knows how everything works goes on vacation.
shopVOX changed how I thought about solving those problems. For 12+ years I have used it in production, not just demos. I spent 4 years inside shopVOX as a coach and product specialist, writing nearly 300 Help articles that shopVOX users rely on every day. That work taught me where the platform shines and where shops consistently struggle.
Many shops turn to shopVOX because estimating depends on one or two people with deep knowledge. Bitprint structures products with the right inputs, dropdowns, defaults, machine/labor/material costs, and formula logic so the rest of your team can estimate with confidence.
Prepress automation comes next, but only after shopVOX is dialed in. I created Pressley.ai to run always-on automation using shopVOX as the single source of truth for folder creation, PDF proof generation, and production-ready files. Deep Enfocus stack knowledge supports Pressley, not one-off custom Switch projects for individual shops.
Bitprint is my consulting practice. Pressley is the platform. Bitprint solves the estimating bottleneck through shopVOX. Pressley takes over prepress once that foundation is solid.
